Description:
Footprint Recycling is a national waste management and environmental consultancy business. We are looking for a field sales executive to generate sales in the waste management brokerage industry. The executive will focus on business growth through securing new accounts by building a sales pipeline.
Experience:
•Must have waste management and ideally brokerage experience.
•Proven track record in new business development, building your own pipeline and delivering new business opportunities.
•Demonstrate strong sales technique including selling, presentation, closing ability, customer building and contract negotiation skills.
•Developing new sales using various media platforms.
•Working closely with operations to ensure quality of service & account retention.
•Build key relationships with customers and suppliers at all levels.
Skills:
•Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
•Knowledge of B2B math, including profit margins, mark ups and discounts.
•Proven track record of sales targets and KPI’s.
• Self motivated, disciplined and driven to succeed.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Robust and resilient, able to absorb pressure and respond positively.
•Ability to plan, organise and prioritise.
•Hold a full UK driving license.
