Description:
Reporting to the Head of Sales you will:
- Represent Round Corner Brewing to existing and new on-trade & off-trade customers.
- Increase RCB footprint and presence in venues across targeted areas.
- Work with HOS to achieve monthly/yearly targets for growth of on-trade & off-trade sector
- Provide high quality customer care from the integration of new customers to building relationships with existing customers by ensuring they have a quality customer experience from start to finish.
- Ensure where RCB is stocked, customers are knowledgeable of the product and have the right brand assets and POS to promote and serve our products.
- Advocate for your customers’ needs internally in areas like beer scheduling and brewing roadmaps plus marketing, events and support to support growth and adoption of our products.
Skills and Experience
Your skills should include:
- A strong ability to communicate and influence internally and externally. Includes presence at the brewery on a regular basis to touch base with brewery staff and build rapport with colleagues.
- Clean driving licence.
- Strong written, numerical, and proof-reading skills.
- A qualification in Maths and English such as GCSE level C or above.
- Proficient skills on office software, especially excel for reporting.
- Organised and driven with a ‘can do’ attitude, with strong attention to detail and good time keeping with an ability to manage and be productive in a busy and complex environment.
- Ability to drive results and deliver high quality whilst working to flexible working conditions.
