I am representing a Legal 500 firm in their search to find a candidate who is seeking career development.

Areas to cover:

• Care Proceedings and PLO matters
• Divorce and finances
• Private Law Children
• Domestic Abuse, Non Molestation / Occupation Orders
• General family matters, unmarried couples, cohabitation disputes.

The ideal candidate:

• 1-3 Years PQE.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Competent and willing to undertake your own advocacy.
• Preparing your clients’ cases from initial instruction all the way through to conclusion of the case.
• Represent your clients at court on hearings.
• Be prepared to network and build new business.
• Work towards panel accreditation.
