Job Summary:

We are seeking a Facility and Personnel Security Controller to ensure compliance with UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) security regulations for Defence Contractors with Facility Security Clearance (FSC). This role involves managing security policies, personnel clearances, classified information handling, security risk assessments, and liaising with the UK MOD and Defence Vetting Agency.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage security clearances and vetting processes for personnel
✅ Represent Anduril UK in MoD Security department meetings and industry groups
✅ Conduct security briefings and updates for staff on government security policies
✅ Liaise with Defence Vetting Agency and maintain security records
✅ Issue security passes and maintain an updated security database
✅ Oversee classified material handling, document control, and visitor clearance processes
✅ Administer incoming and outgoing UK and overseas visit requests
✅ Ensure compliance with government security regulations and policies
✅ Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective measures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Experience as a Security Controller in a Defence business
✔ Knowledge of UK Government Security Procedures & MOD Security Framework
✔ Experience working in a List X Security Environment
✔ Expertise in personnel security processing, document control, and visitor clearances
✔ Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity
✔ BTEC2 MOD Security qualification (Preferred)
✔ Current SC Clearance (Advantageous)
✔ Experience managing security for 100+ staff across multiple locations (Desirable)
