Description:
Our client is a global, privately held industrial organisation and they are looking for someone to lead the Executive Search function in the UK and EMEA due to their exciting growth plan. This is a hands on role, working with the C-suite and supporting family office hiring whereby you will be able to grow the Executive Search function alongside the other global teams.
Prior experience will need to cover:
- An impressive track record of building an Executive Search function or building out a team and leading.
- Have an appetite to work at C-suite and be able to hold their own in those environments.
- Be able to adapt to demands of the business and its entities.
- A self-starter who can proactively define and deliver end to end Executive Search processes.
- Ability to influence and manage challenging stakeholders and business leaders with a high level of resilience.
- Able to adapt in a fast paced and changing environment with ambiguity.
- Able to challenge confidently whilst maintaining credible relationships as well as handling a range of difficult conversations and situations.
Responsibilities:
- Establish credibility and trust with senior stakeholders, including the Board and family offices.
- Support innovation through advising, informing, challenging, and facilitating discussions with leaders in equal measure on a wide range of issues – all in the context of a rapidly evolving and growing business.
- Adapt current rigour, processes and reporting to align on a global level while building out the UK and EMEA function.
