The Opportunity:
Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the Group CEO’s demanding schedule, including handling travel arrangements
- Cultivating relationships with all stakeholders including the Board of Directors, Shareholders, Customers, Executive Team, and colleagues
- Coordinating board presentations
- Preparing strategic confidential papers
- Supporting institutional and strategic external relationships
- Assisting with end of year and interim accounts distribution and communication, including AGM arrangements and employee communications forums
- Providing general administration support including inbound and outbound calls, typing letters, photocopying and filing, stationery ordering and cost monitoring
- Assisting the Rewards and Benefits team with a variety of tasks and projects in line with the company Engagement Strategy

The successful candidate will:
- Be proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Exhibit exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced business, effectively optimising productivity
- Be proficient in compiling highly confidential presentations and documents on tight deadlines, using Microsoft Powerpoint and other various Microsoft programmes
- Understand that discretion and confidentiality are paramount, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain professionalism at all times
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across diverse cultures and backgrounds
