Executive Director

Description:

We are seeking a new Executive Director to work with our Board of Directors and Chair on strategy formulation, planning, resourcing, operational performance, and governance of ETI. You will work closely with our Senior Management Team, representing the organisation and its work externally.

Key requirements:

• A track record of success in leading a small, complex, global organisation or senior leadership of a sizeable team in a larger, networked/matrix organisation.
• Experience of inspiring and maintaining a positive, values-led work culture that delivers high performance.
• Experience of leading development, delivery, and review of strategies.
• Experience of working with a Board or equivalent structure to shape and set organisational strategy.
• Significant experience of building strong partnerships and collaborative relationships across sectors, with a range of senior stakeholders.
• An inspiring leader with a track record in persuading and influencing key stakeholders at a local and national level.
• Financial management and budgeting experience; including managing risk.
