Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role involves organizing and preparing key commercial and strategic materials, particularly related to financial reporting and planning. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism across a broad range of interactions.
Work directly with the CEO to support daily tasks as needed.
Assist in the development of presentations and papers for internal and external audiences.
Prepare and distribute commercial documents, reports, tables, and charts.
Handle special projects, including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, and reports.
Maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (both domestic and international).
Advise the CEO of time-sensitive and priority issues.
Schedule departmental meetings and assist in preparing and distributing agendas and materials.
Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
Provide additional support to other departments or executives as required.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-starting.
Exhibits sound judgment with excellent decision-making and prioritization skills.
Energetic, eager to take on new projects, and comfortable working with high-level executives.
A team player who can foster productive working relationships across the organization.
Resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with global operations.
Excellent organization and time-management skills.
