Description:
Link is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to directly support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This pivotal role involves managing the CEO’s calendar, preparing strategic and financial materials, and serving as a key liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders across the business. The Executive Assistant will be entrusted with handling confidential and sensitive information while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements (domestic & international)
Prepare high-quality commercial documents, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, charts, and agendas
Provide day-to-day administrative support, including preparing internal/external briefing documents and correspondence
Track key business priorities and ensure timely follow-up on action points and tasks
Maintain confidentiality of financial, legal, HR, and company information
Organize and support internal departmental meetings, including minutes and follow-ups
Process CEO's expense claims and financial reconciliations
Collaborate with various departments and senior leadership across the organization
Undertake special projects as directed, often involving data analysis and decision support

Highly detail-oriented and self-driven with strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with senior executives and stakeholders at all levels
Resourceful, dependable, and able to handle fast-paced and shifting priorities
A proactive problem-solver with excellent time management
Able to demonstrate sound judgment and professionalism at all times
Eager to take initiative and support new strategic initiatives
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word)
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
Experience supporting executives in a corporate or global business environment
Ability to manage global coordination and virtual communications effectively
