This is an extremely fast-paced environment and as an Executive Assistant, you'll be at the heart of their operations. Supporting their CEO, Co-Founders, and Head of Operations in every way possible. Your role will involve a diverse range of tasks, from managing complex schedules and international travel arrangements to being a key liaison for their top executives and dealing with their high profile clientelle. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive PA support to the CEO, Co-Founders, and Head of Corporate Operations.
- Act as the primary contact for the CEO, managing extensive and varied schedules across multiple time zones.
- Handle complex diary management and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring efficient meeting outcomes.
- Facilitate seamless international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and other logistics.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems, and exhibit a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Minute taking, prepare reports, handle confidential correspondence, and assist in special projects on behalf of the CEO and Head of Corporate Operations.
Experience/Requirements
- Extensive Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant experience in a multinational organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to work meticulously under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Project Management software such as Wrike is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a complex, international, and fast-paced environment is preferred.
