Independent Age has created a brand new role to drive forward their third-party and bespoke challenge events programme. Independent Age believes no older person should face financial hardship and their goal is to have improved the lives of one million older people by 2027. They are moving into an exciting new phase in their supporter engagement strategy to increase their profile, reach and impact as they enable older people to live well with dignity, choice, and purpose and the Events and Corporate Partnerships Officer will play a key part in engaging and managing event fundraisers, as well as supporting on key corporate partnerships.

You’ll need:

• Experience of managing challenge event participants, including recruitment and ongoing relationship management
• Excellent organisation and project management skills and experience in developing strong internal and external working relationships
• Understanding of corporate partnerships and experience working with a corporate audience
