Description:
We are looking for a person with a passion for events management, customer service and inclusion and diversity. Experience or qualifications within events and customer service are essential, but experience in diversity and inclusion is not. However, you must value diversity and wish to learn about inclusion, as this is core to our organisational values.
This role is part falls with our Marketing and Communications department, this role is managed by the Digital Marketing Manager and led by the Head of Marketing. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a team that prioritises the experience of Inclusive Employers members and works across the organisation to deliver a quality experience. The role will involve cross-team work with our Consultancy and Training colleagues, and wider business functions as well as external speakers. Therefore, the successful candidate should be comfortable with building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The role involves:
· Developing, planning and executing an annual digital events programme
· Provide live webinar technical support (via Zoom)
· Developing, and planning virtual and in-person networking events across the UK
· Being part of a team responsible for delivering Global and National Inclusion Week annually
· Being an active member of a growing team, contributing ideas that help to maintain the position of Inclusive Employers at the forefront of inclusion in the UK
· Working from home most of the time
