Description:
Rubrik is seeking a Enterprise Account Executive to drive bookings growth in new and existing Enterprise accounts across the UKI region. The ideal candidate is a highly driven, self-starter with a proven track record of acquiring new logos and expanding relationships with existing customers. You will be responsible for developing and managing sales pipelines, executing account strategies, and collaborating with internal teams, such as Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Channel Partners, to exceed sales quotas. This role involves strategic planning, managing complex data center design environments, and working closely with large enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute sales plans to meet and exceed quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
Develop and manage a large pipeline of strategic transactions throughout the sales process.
Identify and close new opportunities for growth within large enterprise accounts.
Present Rubrik solutions in complex data center design environments.
Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VAR’s for rapid growth.
Provide feedback on local market opportunities, new business opportunities, and channel partnerships to Rubrik management.
Experience and Skills Required:
5+ years of tech sales experience (selling IT infrastructure or SaaS).
Proven track record of landing new logos and selling to large enterprise accounts.
Experience working with channel partners.
Highly driven, goal-oriented attitude with a “get it done” mentality.
Experience selling complex solutions in enterprise environments.
