Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
 

• Leading and developing a small team of maintenance engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Striving to improve OEE by reducing breakdowns and optimizing machinery efficiency.
• Fostering clear communication and prevent conflicts between production and engineering teams.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and waste.
• Ensuring adherence to production specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and agencies.
   

What Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like
 

• Outstanding communication skills and team leadership abilities.
• Essential: Minimum Level 3 National certificate in electrical/electronic engineering.
• PLC and control systems experience, along with basic Health & Safety certification.
• Self-motivated with a positive approach, able to work under pressure in a food manufacturing environment.
