  • Providing engaging supporter comms regarding the inclusion and talent topics, including bespoke meetings, newsletters, webinars, web pages and large-scale events.
  • Contributing to the shaping of our new Talent workstream – which reviews how we can attract and retain talent across the advertising industry.
  • Manage the creation of our new online ‘Training Hub’ – a curation of training & resources from our members, to support those working in the industry.
  • Supporting our internal work to make the AA itself a more inclusive place to work.

  • Is an exceptional project manager – highly organised with the ability to quickly progress multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Has a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion, with a passion for making the advertising industry a more inclusive and attractive place to work.
  • Understands the UK advertising industry and the organisations working within it.
