We're excited to be partnered with LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare! Together, we're looking for a new Employee Relations Advisor to join one of the leading providers of clinical homecare in the UK. LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare provide care to more than 100,000 patients in the comfort of their home, at work, or in the community – ranging from straightforward delivery of medication to specialist nursing for complex conditions.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactive case management of ER issues, such as investigation, disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working, absence, performance, capability and workplace concerns.
- Be the first point of contact for ER advice queries and to facilitate early resolution of ER issues.
- Ensuring that ER investigations are conducted thoroughly and fairly whilst supporting and coaching line managers on appropriate behaviours and processes.
- Establish strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders to support the ER agenda whilst upskilling management in essential ER and Policy requirements.
- Taking ownership of tracking ER activity against metrics, supporting and advising on trends and themes and putting forward recommendations to proactively address underlying issues.
About You
- A strong track record working within Employee Relations and the ability to manage cases end-to-end
- Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and its application
- Effective conflict management skills and the ability to prioritise cases and liaise with colleagues as necessary.
- A confident and professional approach with strong coaching skills
