As an Email Marketing and Retention Manager, you’ll join our team, reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations. Your role will involve developing comprehensive communication strategies, optimizing customer journeys, and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance member engagement and retention. Collaborating with various teams, you’ll help deliver exceptional experiences that foster healthier financial relationships.

What You’ll Do?
 

  • Develop communication strategies and optimize member journeys, particularly through email marketing campaigns.
  • Implement automated lifecycle journeys and trigger campaigns to enhance member value and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Insights and data analytics to uncover growth opportunities and behavioral patterns.
  • Craft brand-aligned communication content and contribute to the Refer a Friend strategy.
  • Foster member enrichment through test-and-learn lead nurturing and collaborate on site flow refinements.
  • Provide guidance to the Digital Marketing Executive and manage day-to-day activities.
     

What You’ll Need?
 

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in lifecycle and retention strategies, with a focus on email marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and email marketing platforms.
  • Track record of optimizing digital customer journeys and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, exceptional project management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong copywriting and communication aptitude, especially for email campaigns.
