Key Ecommerce responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and optimise website content, including landing pages, images, videos, blog posts, forms, and website hierarchy
- Ensure all content is engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor website usability, navigation, and overall performance to enhance user experience
- Identify and resolve user experience issues
- Analyse data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect customer data and prevent fraudulent activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies to implement SEO strategies and improve search engine rankings
- Set standards, systems, best practices, and company procedures for product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance
- Oversee the testing of new website functionality, delegating test journeys to relevant departments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and marketing campaigns
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Address technical issues related to the website, such as broken links, error messages, and site downtime. Collaborate with developers or technical support teams to resolve these issues promptly
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences. Research the market to identify new opportunities and best practices
