MacGregor Black is seeking an experienced and ambitious Ecommerce Manager to join a dynamic, globally recognized brand owner. This permanent, London-based role offers a compelling opportunity to lead and grow the digital commerce strategy across a broad portfolio of products.

As the Ecommerce Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the company’s global online presence, overseeing the day-to-day operation of ecommerce platforms while shaping long-term digital strategies that convert traffic into sales. You’ll be hands-on with product listings, CRM campaigns, performance analytics, and agency collaborations — all aimed at optimizing user experience and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to achieve sales and growth targets

• Platform Operations: Manage all aspects of online store operations, including product setup, inventory control, pricing, and promotions

• Conversion & Analytics: Track performance metrics and user behavior to optimize conversion rates and engagement

• CRM & Email Marketing: Lead Klaviyo campaigns aligned with the commercial calendar for personalized outreach

• Paid Media Oversight: Direct performance marketing efforts (PPC/paid social) through external agencies

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, design, and customer service teams to align initiatives and enhance digital campaigns

• UX Optimization & Innovation: Stay informed of ecommerce trends to continuously improve the customer journey

• Partnership Management: Oversee relationships with ecommerce platforms and vendors to ensure efficient operations

• Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to inform decisions and identify opportunities
