The position of Ecommerce Executive is a newly created role that will see you join a small and growing team. With pride, ambition, trust and passion being the core values, these aren't just words....these values are in the blood of the Managing Director and will be the fundamentals to the success of the role in addition of course to the technical requirements.
Key responsibilities in the position of Ecommerce Executive will include:
- Product Information Management (PIM): set-up and ongoing management ensuring all products data, information, digital assets, and content are accurately captured and presented to drive online store traffic and conversion rates
- On-Site Merchandising covering Page & Site Content. Attributes, product descriptions, imagery, videos. Ensure the shop is fully functional each day. You must be equally methodical & creative here.
- Produce reporting, analytics and insight from ProfIT, Google Analytics, Skuuudle, and social media analytics tools. Use this insight to recommend actions
- Support development and implementation of Trading & Online Promotional Activity in line with Marketing Calendar – working collaboratively to ensure alignment
- Increasing conversion through onsite development & improvements (we need your flair)
- Improve customer shopping experience at all touch points (Online, Store, Direct) by making us easy to shop with
To be considered for the position of Ecommerce Executive, you will offer the following:
- Experience of managing a Product Information Management system such as Quable, Akeneo or similar a must
- Analytical – experience with Google Analytics and deploying insight from it and strong excel skills
- On-Site merchandising essential
- Curious with a desire to learn, develop, and keen to find better ways to do things.
- Commercially minded and able to build and execute plans to grow Sales & Margin
- Able to work within a small team and prepared to roll up your sleeves and help others when required.
