Your role is to be the catalyst for enhancing customer experiences and supercharging conversion rates. Join us in crafting digital magic that leaves a lasting impression.

Main Responsibilities...
Your role will encompass the management of content and the seamless maintenance of our websites, apps and booking engines, ensuring they operate flawlessly as well as collaborating closely with resort marketing teams and eCommerce Managers, with a singular goal in mind: to enhance the user experience. You'll be the driving force behind the delivery of captivating content, striking imagery and compelling videos that not only align with our brand strategy but also meet global UX recommendations.
Attention to detail will be vital as you conduct comprehensive content audits, identifying gaps and redundancies while verifying the functionality and efficiency of our digital platforms. You'll take charge of managing content requests from UK Resorts, overseeing the production and updates to ensure the highest quality before they go live.

The digital landscape will be your canvas as you implement and refine our website SEO action plan and focus will be on organically growing traffic while prioritising user experience and conversion optimisation.
As you engage with stakeholders across various UK marketing teams, you'll champion best practices in the development of digital content, lending your expertise to the editing and proofing process to ensure excellence.
Partnering with the short breaks teams, you’ll continuously enhance the integration of UK resort and short break digital journeys, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. As a final touch, you'll provide invaluable administrative support to the Resorts Digital team, managing incoming tasks and requests while orchestrating events that keep our digital efforts vibrant and thriving.

Experience...

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Having previously worked in a theme park, resort, hotel, or a closely related industry would be beneficial.
  • Solid grasp of digital marketing concepts and best practices will be a definite advantage.
  • Analytical, goal-oriented individuals who are technically adept and have the ability to navigate the digital landscape is key to making an impact in this role.
  • If you have a general understanding of SEO, consider it a bonus.

  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, (Teams, Word, Excel, & Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a definite advantage.
  • Strong communication skills to build and maintain business relationships.
