Mode Search is partnering with a fashion luxury brand as they build a new e-commerce customer care hub in the UK.

 

This is the perfect opportunity for strong customer advisors, within the hospitality or luxury industry looking to step into a head-office-based role and be part of the new digital chapter of the brand.

 

Impeccable etiquette, passion for service excellence and perfect spoken and written English are a must to be successful in this role.

 

The Role:

  • Be a brand ambassador, building brand loyalty through personalized advice and a positive outlook on various queries
  • Efficient, accurate, and timely response to customer requirements
  • Thrive to meet high expectations and reflect the quality of the service provided across the brand
  • Excellent command of Office suite
  • High compliance with customers' data entry / CRM system
  • Ability to learn and use IT platforms for sales look-up and other after-sales systems
  • Close cooperation with all departments (retail, operations, finance, and digital)

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in luxury customer care with a passion for high level of service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with customer communications and e-commerce-related technology
  • Good computer skills required (MS Office)
  • Flexibility and resilience, ability to work in a team
  • Initiative, good organizational skills, and time management
