Early Years Teaching Assistant

Lower Farm School is seeking a diligent and passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our Nursery team. The successful candidate will support the social, emotional, and academic development of our youngest learners, helping to nurture their curiosity and love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Assist in delivering stimulating and engaging activities to promote learning and development.
• Support the health, safety, and emotional well-being of all pupils.
• Collaborate with the school team to drive up standards and improve outcomes for pupils.
• Provide specialized support for a pupil with medical needs, including Tracheostomy awareness, airway suction, and escalation of medical concerns.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Holds a relevant Level 2/3 EYFS qualification.
• Highly motivated with a passion for supporting children’s development.
• Organized, proactive, and a committed team player.
• Experience working with children who have medical needs (preferred).
• Enthusiastic and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils.
