E-commerce Assistant

We are searching for an E-Commerce Assistant to join our regional Amazon team. Reporting to the eCommerce Key Account Manager - Amazon Europe, the purpose of this role is to provide support to the Fellowes Amazon team to ensure that Fellowes can maximise its sales and margin opportunities with Amazon. The role will focus on ensuring that the essentials are in place to ensure Fellowes is successful on the Amazon platform.

In This Role, You will…

• Support the writing and publication of optimised content.
• Support catalogue management and auditing.
• Conduct keyword research, analysis, and keyword expansion.
• Support the implementation of an effective promotional plan.
• Manage the end-to-end Vine review plan.
• Support the planning lead by placing appropriate B2R orders and monitoring sell-through.
• Support NPD launches.
• Provide admin support to optimise Amazon program investments.
• Responsible for Amazon compliance documentation (DI/SIOC etc).
