About You
 

• Minimum qualifications: CCN1/CMA1 and MET1 or Smart Metering Diploma.
• At least 6 months of experience installing gas and electric meters.
• Full valid driving license with maximum 6 penalty points.
• Previous MOCOPA authorisation required.
• Safety-conscious with a focus on customer service
• Understanding customers’ circumstances and helping them agree an appropriate solution to resolve their debt.
