Door Host

Description:

We’re looking for an approachable and attentive Door Host to join our security team. In this role you will greet and assist guests at our venues, helping to create a welcoming and safe environment for everyone. If you’re personable and enjoy being part of a lively atmosphere, this could be the ideal role for you!

Key Responsibilities
 

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression on park.
• Assist with helping to manage venue capacity and flow, ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to.
• Check guest and owner pass and provide information on entertainment, and facilities, supporting any queries.
• Ensure guest and owner safety and comfort by monitoring entrances and exits and reporting any issues.
• Work closely with the team to maintain a safe and secure environment
   

Requirements
 

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not required.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with guests of all ages.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexible with availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak times.
• A team player with a proactive approach to assisting guests and colleagues.
