Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

• Work closely with Optometrists to ensure consistent, high-quality handovers for every customer.

• Handle aftersales service, including resolving complaints and providing solutions in a professional manner.

• Contribute to the achievement of individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques.
