As the Director of Strategic Growth - Digital, you will be an integral part of our journey to transform the energy landscape. You will collaborate closely with our Director of Strategic Growth and Director of Digital Services to establish new propositions, forge strategic partnerships, and unearth investment opportunities. Your role will be pivotal in leveraging insights from our Research and Innovation Team to redefine our digital strategy.
Your main responsibilities will be to;
- Shape our Digital Services Strategy, securing alignment across Digital Services, Distributed Energy, and Enterprise divisions.
- Dive deep into market intelligence, translating it into engaging discussions with the Digital Service team to challenge, refine, and expand our existing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with our Enterprise Research and Innovation Team to explore uncharted territories, nurturing innovative projects that experiment with new business ventures.
- Identify and foster strategic alliances that bolster the growth of our Digital Services.
- Build a culture of active engagement and cooperation across all sectors of our business, securing buy-in from stakeholders for evolutionary changes to the Digital Services Strategy.
- Partner with our business development experts to deliver strategic digital service opportunities and cultivate new client relationships.
- Identify and assess potential M&A opportunities and strategic partnership aligned with the company's digital growth objectives. Conduct comprehensive due diligence on target companies, including financial analysis and strategic fit evaluation. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop M&A strategies, strategic partnership, business cases, and integration plans.
