Omega have partnered with a leading Engineer business who are on the lookout for an experienced Product Development Director to join the company.

The company is looking for someone with a strong multi disciplined background who has driven product development projects within a fast-paced environment. Ideally worked on complexed projects and systems/equipment.

Key Responsibilities – Product Director

• for driving product development projects.
• product budges and product costs to ensure everything is inline with certain requirements.
• within multi disciplined teams to coordinate product projects.
• closely with various managers to align functionality and performance of the products to specific customers and teams.

Qualifications & Requirements – Product Director

• Multi-discipline background i.e teams and technical experience.
• Track record of driving product development.
• Worked within a fast-paced environment/business.
• Worked on complex systems & equipment (ideally within semiconductor but also Aerospace, medical etc).
• Experienced with servo-mechanics, electronics or optics.
