We are looking for a Director of HR to join our expanding Trust team at Altus Education Partnership. We need a dedicated and forward-thinking HR professional to provide strong HR leadership within our successful Multi-Academy Trust. The work of the Director of HR will be rooted in ensuring benefit to the learners and communities the Trust serves.

The post holder will be responsible for leading and managing the provision of the HR service to the academies within Altus Education Partnership (the Trust). This will involve working alongside the COO to align the HR strategy and the strategic aims of the Trust to create an inclusive and coherent system of education in the borough. You will need to work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders, and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver effective HR for the Trust.
