The Director of FP&A is a strategic business partner who will lead and scale their FP&A

function across the entire organisation. This role will have the opportunity to not only

influence the strategy of the business, but will help grow the business through advanced

financial modeling and development of business analytics for strategic growth opportunities. The successful leader must be ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the data, systems, and

models, while growing and developing a team to ensure a consistent approach to FP&A is

taken across the organisation. This is a highly influential role reporting directly to the Chief

Financial Officer with direct exposure to the board.

What background should you have before you press apply!

• 15+ years of experience with a minimum of 10 years FP&A experience.
• ACA, Cima or MBA qualified or equivalent.
• Strong experience in building, leading and developing European FP&A teams.
• Proven ability to deliver improved performance through compelling analysis, insights and rationale in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to create and implement reports and analysis; advanced Excel skills.
• Experience of working in a customer-focused business, ideally B2C, with an international reach.
• A true business partner: Effective and persuasive in leading change, applying business acumen, company values while demonstrating the emotional intelligence to inspire others.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Dutch, French, German or Spanish an advantage).
• Cultural agility between western Europe (mainland) and UK
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• Experience in post merger activities - an advantage
