Description:
We are currently looking for a Director Go to market (m/f/d) to join our UK team. This is a full-time permanent position. The role is remote within the UK. Additionally, you will have the chance to attend occasional in-person meetings in London and Germany.
YOUR MISSION
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the UK higher education market, including positioning, messaging, and pricing of our two UK entities.
- Reach ambitious growth targets in the UK and decide on spend level to meet our required CLV:CAC ratio.
- Collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of the UK market.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads and drive demand.
- Build a proper sales funnel with website, CRM and sales teams to foster conversion of acquired leads.
- Monitor and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of our strategy and make adjustments as needed.
- Manage the budget for the UK market, including forecasting, planning, and allocation of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape and identify emerging trends and opportunities in the UK higher education market.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing to achieve revenue and growth targets
YOUR PROFILE
- A very entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, marketing, sales, business development or start-up in the UK.
- Strong conceptional and analytical skills and a proper knowledge of marketing and brand building with a proven track record of achieving growth targets.
- A strong drive for success and the compulsion for fast and pragmatic execution, but not settling for mediocre outcomes.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other sales and marketing technologies.
- Knowledge of the UK higher education industry, including key players and trends are helpful but not necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
