Description:
As a Director, you'll also be expected to:
- Independently leading and coordinating the transaction execution for Debt Financings (senior, junior, unitranche)
- Leading negotiations with banks, institutional investors and infrastructure debt funds
- Coordinating and liaising with all involved internal and external due diligence parties across different jurisdictions
- Coordinating the development of complex cashflow based financial models and performing debt sizing
- Support origination efforts within the team
THE CANDIDATE
The candidate must satisfy the below requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience from an IPP, infrastructure debt fund, project finance bank, debt advisory or private equity fund
- Excellent knowledge of the renewable energy space
- Strong track record of negotiating and executing transactions ideally some in Junior credit
- Robust technical foundation
- Proactive, high energy, self-confident and entrepreneurial mindset
