Description:
Responsible for event sponsorship strategy of our strategic event portfolio. Set strategic direction in delivering against KPIs and ensuring delivery of partner and company business objectives and expectations. Includes developing portfolio of event sponsorship offering to our global and regional partners that encompass event monetization, business development, bespoke integrated (digital and in person) opportunities with value based pricing, and selling propositions. Creator of programs working cross-functionally to identify, build, and manage opportunities that connect customers, partners, and employees to sponsors through innovative and experiential designs that grow partner relevance and increase leads coordinating across teams to execute.
- Design strategic experiences that accelerate partner sales pipeline for mutual return, enhancing attendee experience, and offsetting event costs
- Develop and manage a global centralized sponsor model that streamlines sponsor process across ServiceNow strategic events
- Work in partnership with all relevant stakeholders to successfully integrate partners and their success stories into the overall event narrative, to drive impact for both ServiceNow and its partners
- Responsible for delivering multi-year strategic revenue growth plans
- Create geographical continuity in ServiceNow sponsorship offerings
- Accountable for carrying out end-to-end sponsorship sales and marketing; and for managing the sponsorship program to deliver sales and profitability targets
- Sales forecasting that is focused on event ROI with attention to profit margin
- Manage the sponsorship sales & fulfillment agency, inclusive of partner engagements and critical issue resolution, as well as alignment and integration with all event workstreams, content partners, etc.
- Building and delivering exclusive value propositions to strategic partners that recognizes their significant relationship while promoting products/services that create market awareness and revenue acceleration
- Partner effectively with partner teams to build positive relationships with accounts, deliver consistent event value, and drive partner happiness as measured by sponsor feedback and renewal rates
- Develop and manage all communications, including sales presentations, custom proposals, event updates, and partner impact reports

- Bachelor Degree or higher
- 10+ years experience
- High tech industry expertise
- Managed a global sponsorship program - over 200 partners
- Event portfolio
- Partner Marketing background
- Strong ROI performance
- Strong sponsorship revenue model experience
