Mind & Motion C.I.C. is seeking a Director / Board Member to join the team. This is a remote role that reports to the Executive Director and the individual will be responsible for contributing to the overall operational and strategic direction of the company, with a focus on financial sustainability, social impact, and community engagement. Responsibilities include attending meetings as one of the Board of Directors, providing guidance and oversight to management, and advocating for the organisation's mission and values.

Qualifications

• A passion for mental, physical health and social responsibility.
• Experience as a Senior Executive or Board Member, with an understanding of organisational governance and leadership although not essential.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational efficiency.
• Experience in creating bids for various funding opportunities.
• An ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
• Experience in the non-profit sector is preferred, particularly in the areas of community engagement, social impact, and mental health services.
