I am working with a global pharmaceutical company looking for a Talented Head of Market Access to join their team based in London. This will be a key hire in their growth plans over the next 12 months and so are looking for someone who can play an influential role in the build out of their UK & IRE based Market Access function.

This role would be perfect for an experienced Market Access Director looking to take a step up in their career or an experience Senior Director that wants to take on more responsibilities.

The Role
 

• Responsible for the Market Access and Public Affairs unit across UK and Ireland.
• Responsible for developing the strategy to launch their products effectively into the European market.
• Manage all market access employees within the function, and will be responsible for building out the team further
• Accountable for local and regional market access activities
• Build strong relationships between local and global teams internally
• Leading engagements with key market access and governing bodies, setting a public affairs strategy and agenda for success.
   

Key Qualifications Required
 

• 7 + years Market Access experience within a pharma setting
• Experience leading UK Market Access focussed projects
• Proven experience building out and managing a team of market access professionals across the UK & IRE
• Have approved, set the strategy and coached a product through the launch process resulting in being successfully marketing in the UK & IRE
• Understanding and hands on experience / network working with NICE, SMC, AWMSG on HTA submissions and dossiers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills
• Ability to work in a cross functional environment
