Digital Workplace Manager

Description:

A highly skilled Digital Workplace Manager is needed to design and lead a resilient, secure, scalable, and high-performance digital workspace. The role spans across operational support, architecture, business change, and third-party support teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in expanding and managing End-User Technology (EUT/EUX) estates, designing workplace services, and implementing new Microsoft 365-based solutions.

Key Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in Digital Workplace strategy or large-scale IT transformation
✅ Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, enterprise security, and system scalability
✅ Advanced knowledge of MS Exchange Online, Office 365, Citrix, and Azure
✅ Strong design experience (HLD/LLD) for implementing new workplace services
✅ ITIL certification (Foundation or above) is required
