The ideal candidate will have a passion for the influencer marketing space and digital talent industry and a proven track record of success in developing and managing talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategically managing talent- this includes developing and executing strategic plans, identifying and securing new opportunities for them, and managing client relationships.
• Manage clients' relationships, ensuring that the agency's services are delivered with the highest standards.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and how they can impact the talents and agency's growth and success.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in a talent management position (ideally in the digital/influencer space)
• Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and events.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
