Digital Recruitment Consultant

3Search, an award-winning specialist recruitment agency for the marketing and digital sectors, is looking for an experienced Digital Recruitment Consultant to lead their Interim/Contract desk. You will take ownership of the contract/interim market across digital marketing, e-commerce, UX, CRM, analytics, and related areas—managing a full-cycle recruitment process, nurturing client relationships, and coaching a team. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage an engaged network of clients and candidates in the digital marketing sector

• Manage an initial team of 2 recruiters, with the scope to double headcount

• Drive revenue by developing existing and new business relationships

• Execute and oversee full-cycle recruitment, including complex negotiations

• Collaborate across teams to meet individual and company-wide hiring targets

• Represent and promote the 3Search brand across the market

• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior recruiters, standing in for managers when needed

• Contribute to internal training, company values, and key growth initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven success in a 360 recruitment role within an agency

• Previous experience managing or mentoring recruiters

• Strong communication skills with a strategic and commercial mindset

• Passion for recruitment, particularly in the digital and marketing sectors

• Driven, kind, collaborative, and eager to grow both personally and professionally

• Someone who leads by example and inspires others

• Comfortable taking ownership of business growth and team expansion
