Key Responsibilities:

✅ Talent Acquisition & Client Management

• Build and manage an engaged network of clients and candidates in the Marketing & Digital industry.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to maximize business opportunities.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.

✅ Market Leadership & Business Growth

• Provide thought leadership and industry insights to candidates and clients.
• Lead complex negotiations and ensure successful placements.
• Actively increase market share by identifying new business opportunities.

✅ Team Collaboration & Training

• Support junior recruiters and act as a mentor and role model.
• Assist managers with training initiatives and company values.
• Work within a highly motivated team to achieve and exceed targets.
