A live-streamer launching a gaming marathon to raise thousands of pounds for a vital cause. No matter what action people take to end homelessness or to get help, our Digital Product & Experience team make sure that every journey is simple and rewarding.
As Digital Product & Experience Lead you will ensure our key platforms are designed and optimised for the needs of our audiences. You will nurture a newly-instated UX & Product Delivery function, and support the specialist Digital Development team to bring user needs to life through the Crisis website and associated platforms.
You will make clever use of insight to plot a roadmap which puts digital at the heart of our new organisational strategy. And as one of the charity’s leading digital experts you will build a culture where colleagues across the organisation feel confident to make the most of digital tools and techniques.
About you
To be successful in this role you will need a deep understanding of the following disciplines:
o product strategy and management, focused on web and related capabilities
o product design and delivery
o user research
o business analysis
o content and experience design
You may have experience in; Product Strategy, Product Delivery, Product Ownership, Experience Design, Digital Lead, Head of Digital, UX Lead
