Working with a fantastic Ecommerce organisation that, due to continued growth over the 12 months, they are growing their teams across Digital so I’m keen to speak to an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who have strong backgrounds within SEO & PPC. Working alongside other Channel Managers they are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, to be a number two within the overall Marketing team, who is able to drive strategy, development, and implementation of SEO and PPC across the company.

Working closely with senior stakeholders within the business to understand their vision and business needs this role will ensure budgets, optimisations, and performance are executed and aligned with business goals and account KPIs. The Digital Marketing Manager will perform an essential role for the business in ensuring the company’s ambitious, but achievable, financial targets will be met. To achieve this, we are looking for a strong individual with a fantastic background of adding value to previous agencies and clients you have worked for.

This is a blank canvass for the right Manager to own the Search Marketing area and take the business in the direction they see as best. You will lead a team of two Executives while also managing the SEO agency relationship. This is a rare opportunity to join an established business but be able to stamp your own mark on a vital area of the business.

Essential Skills:

· Extensive experience of setting up and running PPC and SEO campaigns, with the support of an SEO agency.

· In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.

· Excellent knowledge of using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.

· History of using PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) and bid management tools.

· Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
