Description:
We are looking for a creative individual to join our exciting Marketing team based in our newly refurbished Nottingham office. This role with give you a lot of freedom to create the best eye catching content for our social media and other digital platforms. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for anybody who is looking put their creative spark into a company who will help you excel.
The important work you will be doing:
- Researching industry-related topics and identifying client needs to influence our creative content, whilst working with our content writers to effectively repurpose articles, case studies and other written work
- Liaising with the wider team and other stakeholders to create high-quality, impactful content including videos, infographics, publications, adverts and more, whilst adhering to brand guidelines
- Monitoring, updating, and creating content for social media networks
- Supporting the effective distribution of content across our website, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and other channels
- Implementing brand guidelines and ensuring all-around consistency across everything we do (style, fonts, imagery, and tone)
- Using analytics data and insights to understand content performance and inform decisions, and reporting on this to the marketing team
- Supporting the wider marketing team
- Visiting our other offices (namely Derby and Birmingham) and attend events when necessary
The skills and experience you will bring:

- A 2:1 or above in a Marketing degree or a relevant qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a marketing role
- Confidence to suggest and justify new ideas to elevate our marketing activities
- Acute attention to detail
- An eye for design
- A team player, keen to collaborate and build strong relationships with the marketing and wider teams at PKF Smith Cooper and our group companies
- A high level of initiative and the confidence to ask for and accept support when required
- Strong organisational skills and a goal-oriented mindset, whilst continually thinking outside the box
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Familiarity with principles of marketing
- Experience using Google Analytics or other reporting tools
- Knowledge of design programmes (preferably Adobe Creative Suite), Hootsuite and email marketing software
- Experience running PPC campaigns, mainly Google Ads and social media advertising
