Description:
In this role you will play a key part in driving the paid media and CRM activity for the organisation working closely with the Head of Marketing.
Key responsibilities:
- Marketing strategy development - working closely with Head of Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the business objectives
- Digital marketing – be responsible for paid media (SEM, paid social, digital display, lead gen etc) and work alongside the web/digital team on all SEO and organic search to increase online visibility and engagement, to drive enquiries and ultimately contribute to patient appointments and revenue
- Customer marketing – work with the business on the implementation of CRM and ultimately on developing customer marketing strategies to develop long-term relationships which support cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Campaign management – be responsible for marketing campaigns across various channels to support specific products and services such as GP services, health assessment which align with business goals, targets and budgets
Key skills:
- 5+ years experience driving digital marketing activity including paid media and CRM
- Experience in healthcare a bonus but not essential
- Experience in consumer facing digital marketing
