Envole and Elite Portfolio Management are dynamic and ambitious startups in the fashion, fitness, and modeling industries. We specialize in personal branding, digital marketing, and engaging campaigns. With a state-of-the-art office in Birmingham City Centre, we are looking for Digital Marketing & Campaign Interns to help drive the growth of our Brand Partner Program and Model Registration campaigns.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, social media, content creation, and business development with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation & Management:
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns for:
- Envole’s Brand Partner Program (targeting affiliates).
- Elite Portfolio Management’s new model registrations.
- Identify strategic growth opportunities and work towards campaign-specific targets.
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
- Design social media creatives and assets for campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and create daily Instagram stories for Elite Portfolio Management, including job posts, updates on new face applications, and brand highlights.
- Launch and grow Envole’s TikTok presence with trend-aligned content.
- Conduct competitor analysis and consumer insights research to create targeted campaigns.
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Use business development strategies to prospect and generate new leads for both brands.
- Engage with potential clients and models via social media and direct communication.
- Build and nurture relationships with affiliates and new models, handling inquiries and follow-ups.
Event Management:
- Assist in organizing and promoting events such as:
- Content creation sessions.
- Networking events.
- Industry collaborations.
Creative & Technical Skills:
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software for digital content.
- Support brand podcast initiatives and personal media branding projects.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, engagement rates, and overall brand growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Entry-level role with some experience in digital marketing, social media, or business development preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Video editing and social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Interest & Passion: Enthusiastic about fashion, fitness, digital media, and personal branding.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Initiative: Proactive mindset in sales, business development, and campaign execution.
