We're looking for a creative and driven Digital Content Creator and Marketing Assistant to join our small team for a huge Restaurant Brand – The Skinny Kitchen in London Islington and Ibiza.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality and engaging digital content for our website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. This includes written content, graphics, photos, and videos.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with our online community.
- SEO Optimisation: Implement SEO best practices to ensure our content is discoverable and ranks well in search engine results.
- Email Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Analytics: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of our digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
- Collaboration: Work with the Creative Director to brainstorm, plan, and execute marketing initiatives that align with our brand's goals and objectives.
- Trend Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital content creation and marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Some basic knowledge of SEO best practices and social media marketing strategies.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mail Chimp, HubSpot).
- A creative mindset and a passion hospitality, events and food.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in content creation and marketing is a plus.
