Digital Communications Officer

Description:

You will join a supportive communications team based in beautiful grounds and in this newly created position, your main focus will be to take the reigns of all things digital. They are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of all the platforms (Linkedin, facebook, X, Instagram etc) and your role will be to promote the school by highlighting the their many stories of their work in the community, as well as their events, people and school life in general. You will source compelling content for a diverse age range and use the social platforms to increase engagement.

This is a great role for someone with experience of working in a team that has digital media or communications expertise, and is involved in a programme of events and activities. Ideally, you may have worked in a similar environment/organisation or a charity that is used to engaging a group membership. Your skills in using and monitoring a broad range of social media channels will strengthen the School’s communication schedule and maximise opportunities for audience growth.
