We are creating a bespoke client team and you will part of it from the start as we craft and create a team that reflects the needs of our newest client.

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join us working across client account management and comms planning.

The role will be fast paced and agile, and you will be instrumental in how this team functions.

You will be as comfortable servicing clients as rolling your sleeves up and jumping into responding to a client media briefing, helping to generate comms planning responses across both Shark and Ninja brands.

Integration with the wider client and specialist teams will be fundamental to ensure all campaigns deliver to client objectives and are planned, implemented and reported upon. Being indispensable to both our clients and the agency in delivering great work and maintaining these high standards.

You will help lead the day-to-day management of this account and will be supported by a full team - 2 Account Directors and 2 Account Execs. You will ultimately be reporting into a Business Director who leads across both Shark and Ninja. Additionally, there will be Planning Director support on client responses, as well as a dedicated digital planning team

About You
 

  • This role requires a well-rounded, competent Account Manager with solid media agency experience.
  • Be able to work with the Account Directors & Business Director in the coordination and timely delivery of campaign responses and day to day management of client requests.
  • Desire to help, nurture and develop the execs within the team across planning tasks and general account management.
  • Be able to work with specialist agency teams to develop PCA’s, be mindful of overall campaign objectives and KPI’s targets vs delivery, providing actionable insights.
  • Be able to develop strong relationships with specialist channel teams to ensure effective working processes and best in class work delivery.
  • Be organised in leading day to day meetings – both internal and client, and work with and support the ADs, BD & Execs in more senior meetings.
  • You will be competent on all media planning tools such as e-Telamr, and have the ability to dissect data to tell a compelling story.
  • Along with being confident on MS Office (esp. PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Without question your attention to detail is sound, and you are a conscientious worker, who is confident in front of clients and the wider agency.
  • You will have: a passion for brands; the ability to deliver great work; have fantastic interpersonal skills; and be curious and passionate about the UK media marketplace.
  • Ultimately this role needs someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and can anticipate client’s needs, and who strives to deliver best in class work.
