Description:

I am on the hunt for a client-focused Account Director to join a small but flourishing Digital Marketing Agency based in the heart of Birmingham.

As the Account Director in this close-knit team, you will work to manage the relationships of your key clients, including nurturing their goals, setting realistic expectations, and delivering first-class campaigns. You will be an integral part of the team of four that makes up client services, guiding your juniors and working collaboratively to deliver client briefs perfectly, on time, and, ideally, under budget.

Requirements -

  • Comfortable managing and leading clients throughout the process at the agency, as well as having confidence in upselling all of the agency services
  • Strong knowledge of Digital marketing processes and principles, happy to assist with strategic input in client meetings
  • Confident in your ability to lead the relevant teams to translate marketing objectives into solid briefs and creative strategies
  • Must have excellent presenting skills and be comfortable working and communicating with an array of clients across all seniorities
  • Happy to manage status reports both internally and externally
  • Work to manage budgets alongside the project delivery team, ensuring that work is delivered on time and under budget
  • Previous agency experience is required
  • Evidenced experience delivering multiple digital campaigns at once
  • Great commercial awareness
