Description:
Anderson Moores Veterinary Specialists, part of Linnaeus and Mars Veterinary Health, is seeking an ECVDI or ACVR Boarded/Board-Eligible Diagnostic Imaging Clinician to join our multidisciplinary referral hospital. The role involves supervising image acquisition, reporting across multiple imaging modalities, participating in clinical rounds, and mentoring residents.
The position also offers an opportunity to lead the Imaging Service for those interested in a Head of Service role. The successful candidate will work closely with our orthopaedics, neurology, oncology, cardiology, and internal medicine teams, contributing to high-quality diagnostic and clinical decision-making.
✅ Diagnostic Imaging & Reporting: Oversee MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, and Digital Radiography processes.
✅ Clinical Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams to enhance diagnostic accuracy and patient care.
✅ Training & Supervision: Support resident training and contribute to clinical teaching rounds.
✅ Out-of-Hours (OOH) Support: Participate in the OOH rota as part of the diagnostic imaging team.
✅ Equipment & Technology: Utilize advanced imaging technologies (including a new Phillips 1.5T MRI being installed in April 2025).
✔ ECVDI or ACVR Boarded/Board-Eligible Veterinary Radiologist.
✔ Strong experience with MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, and Digital Radiography.
✔ Passion for clinical excellence and teamwork in a specialist referral setting.
✔ Strong communication skills and ability to mentor residents.
